Birding Trail & Workshop

Our birding trail weekend is based out of the Manukuza Wilderness Trails Camp in the Greater Kruger National Park. This part of South Africa is a birding mecca and rich in bird diversity. It is visited by keen Twitchers and bird watchers from around the world.

The weekend is an immersive experience and you will walk the trails of the reserve, identifying and even tracking the many birds of the greater Kruger Park region. An expert bird guide will share in-depth information about species, habitats, calls, behaviour and much more.

Expect to identify birds by track, sound and sight. Learn more about the many different species on the reserve and even tick off bucket-list birds from your life list. We will do numerous walks and sessions over the weekend birding trail and have a shared group list to identify as many species as we can find.

You will leave this weekend having ticked off many different birds species and with new birding knowledge that you will hold with you for a lifetime.
